These terms cover your use of the Twiddlewood website at twiddlewood.com and the Twiddlewood channels on third-party platforms. Twiddlewood is operated by Robert Blikyan, a private individual based in Hungary ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms.
We publish an animated story series for children, together with related artwork, clips and written material. The site itself is informational: it has no accounts, no sign-up and no purchases.
The Twiddlewood name, the characters, the scripts, the artwork, the music and the episodes are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may watch and share our published episodes and clips through the platforms where we publish them, using those platforms' own sharing features.
Without our written permission you may not re-upload our material to another account or service, edit or re-cut it and present the result as ours, use it to train a machine-learning model, or use the Twiddlewood name, characters or artwork commercially, including on merchandise.
The series is made for children, but the site is written for the adults around them. We do not ask anyone, of any age, to create an account or give us personal information here.
Our episodes are published on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Those services are run by other companies, under their own terms and their own privacy practices. We do not control them, and what happens on them is between you and that platform.
We may change, pause or withdraw the site or any episode at any time. We try to keep everything here correct and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or always reachable.
We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Questions go to twiddlewood@gmail.com.
